This institute is definitely my favorite for studying the Spanish language. The quality and range of teachers are... amazing, as well as the staff are very helpful. They also have many events through which you can get an insight of the culture. I have completed my A1 level and I'm back for the A2, and I hope to continue completing as many levels as possible, with them. First go and check your mail box that she has sent any mail regarding that or not and your team replied on that mail or... not, she didn't left the batch sudden she sent a mail properly but she didn't get any reply and she didn't went after 6 month she went there within six month but you have no weekend batch, So truth is that you all have no time to reply on mail and even if someone call you for query regarding the issue they said only that we don't have time. Worst thing if you'r going there for admission theyhave no class but even they take fee and they don't reply for any mail......and don't go on reviews because they ask to write for best by force. Ya i am not the student of this institution but they cheated my friend.read more

I have studied over here A1 batch that was good but the worst thing is that they have taken my fee 15000 but they are... not starting my weekend batch i am looking forward from April - may month and after extending 6 month they says that you are not eligible but why class is going delay from the institute side and the delhi reception executive is continually getting change and the every next one says that we will let you know but they are not informing me even they don't reply on mail.....i am very mentally depressed ......why they don't reply my suggestion is when you got all the informations then you take admition or don't get.....read more

I am teaching at the Institute. They have a very unfair system of reimbursement. In their mail, they do not clarify... that it's an hourly payment. They always pay you 15000 rupees per batch irrespective of the number of hours. I had a situation when the student wanted to complete her level before. In the mail I received, it was nowhere mentioned that it is hourly basis...They had this information beforehand that the student wants to finish the level by 26th of the month hours...but they held this information from me purposely so that they have to pay less..I was ready to spend 40 hours but its completely the Institute's fault..I have spoken to my lawyer...I will drag them to court..I will fight till the last drop of blood to get 15000 rupees for this batch.read more

Not referred at all !!! Cervantes is wayy much better than this institute. They are failing at a number of things. ... • The locality (malviya nagar) is not apt for a foreign language classes. • There is no system and guidance to the teachers for the study material. • They are not paying what the teachers actually deserves. • There’s not a single person to handle the functioning of the place. I would suggest Cervantes if anyone can afford and wants a worthy ambiance for spanish language !!read more

ISS is a top place in Kolkata to connect to the Spanish speaking world, especially for the laymans. The instructor is... extremely patient and attentive to each and every students of the batch and all the coordinators are extremely helpful. With growing age, the capability to learn a new language decreases, keeping that in mind, the course is designed in such a way that it never rushes you to the end. I hope that someday, I will be able to speak Spanish as fluently as the instructor himself and I hope to continue my journey with ISS through the next levels of the course.read more

Exceptionally High price !! 14000 for 60 hours and that too with only 3 teachers. Not enough students for B1 level .... Unfortunately we being the residents of Kolkata have no better place to go for Spanish studies. But if we are giving same money as people are giving in Instituto Cervantes in Delhi then the services should be like that. One of the faculties of RKM teaches here. Also a student of RKM teaching here. So why won't we go to RKM then where the fees is exactly 2700 for 48-60 hours? Mousumi Mam in the reception is however very good and helpful and a nice person. But the management runs the institute in different parameters from Bangalore. The Bangalore Institution has quite a good name and well established unfortunately Kolkata center lacks proper amenities and faculties to be labelled as an Elite Institution. Don't go by the paid reviews.Compare think and then register!!! Answer to the Response:- Since you have seen that I have reviewed few more institutions without studying with them, Similarly I have studied in Ramakrishna Mission , Goethe Institute , Alliance Francaise and Institute of Russian language and Culture Gorky Sadan, Nili Japanese . I have never commented that how is the classes here. I have just compared the prices and amenities! I myself was very eager to learn Spanish from ISS. But the prices has blocked my desires. I have shared what I have felt. I have reviewed CDA long time back , You can also research how people have supported my review.read more
