IB Spanish – AB Initio, Standard Level, IB Diploma, PYP, MYP, DP

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The IB Spanish course at ISS has been designed to give support to the students of this course studying International Baccalaureate programs in any international school. Due to less number of hours in the students or because joining a class directly where Spanish was being taught, many students need additional support outside their school hours. Institute of Spanish Studies fully understands their requirement and courses offered are run to give them confidence in excelling in their curriculum and  language learning for communication in Spanish.

COURSE DETAILS

IB Spanish is divided into 3 parts :

PYP – Primary Years Program  –

• 3–12 years old
• Focus: Nurtures curiosity and conceptual understanding through inquiry-based learning. It uses transdisciplinary themes to connect real-life skills with learning, building a foundation for lifelong education.

MYP Middle Years Program :

• 11–16 years old
• Focus: Builds a solid academic foundation by encouraging students to make connections between classroom studies and the real world. It emphasizes interdisciplinary learning and skill development, preparing students for the rigors of high school.

DP – Diploma Program :

• 16–19 years old
• Focus: A demanding, future-ready pre-university course designed to prepare students for higher education and professional life. It features six subject groups alongside core elements like Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS)
